The Sovereign Series.
Big stories and bigger ideas, brought into your child's world in a way they can hold onto. Five real pets are the bridge: Chaco, Roxie, Moose, Prince MoRee, and Armando. Put your child's name in the book, and if you like, put your own pet on the page. Real freedom comes from rules that don't bend, not from rules that anyone can break.
What the Sovereign Series is
A child meets a story they ask for again. They see their own name on the page. With a little setup, they see their own pet too. The story becomes theirs, and an idea that usually feels grown-up suddenly feels like home. That is what these books are built to do.
Five pets carry the work. Chaco, Roxie, Moose, Prince MoRee, and Armando step into Kipling's jungle and find that it runs on a Law, not on the loudest roar. Each book lives one truth. A four-year-old meets that truth as warmth and adventure. A nine-year-old meets the same truth and starts to name what it means. The cast stays constant. The depth grows with the reader.
The five truths are the spine of the series: know the code, memory is the ledger, consensus is the law, authority must be verified, work sustains power. Read in any order. Read on their own. Read together over years. The jungle's Law is what the books quietly teach, not by saying so, but by letting five real pets live inside it.
Five books, five truths
Each book stands alone. Each book carries one truth the others do not. Together they form a quiet curriculum of sovereignty, written so a child absorbs it through story.
The Secret Hello โ Know the Code
Prince MoRee learns the greeting that opens every part of the jungle. The right hello is something you can learn, and the jungle treats everyone who knows it the same.
The Monkey's Parade โ Memory is the Ledger
Roxie counts the parade of monkeys, and every name lands in its proper place. The Bandar-log change their minds every five minutes. The pets remember where they were going.
The Council's Choice โ Consensus is the Law
Council Rock. The pack decides together. The biggest voice does not automatically win. The agreement is the protection, and no one is above it.
The Tiger's Fake Law โ Authority Must Be Verified
Shere Khan claims the old Law no longer holds. Prince MoRee watches the council vote line by line. Checking is power. The false claim does not survive verification.
The Keeper of the Red Flower โ Work Sustains Power
The Red Flower is the most powerful thing in the jungle, and only while someone is feeding it wood. Armando remembers why. Moose learns what happens when no one is watching.
Who the Sovereign Series is for
The ideas you want your kids to grow up inside, in story form.
If you want your children to grow up understanding freedom, self-sovereignty, fair rules, and verified authority, these are the books that plant those ideas early. The pets do the work. Your reading voice is the teacher. No slogans, no vocabulary lessons, just five truths a child can hold long before they can name them.
A civic-literacy spine for Kโ5, in five tiers.
Each Sovereign book teaches the shape of governance: how rules hold, how consensus works, how authority is checked. It lands in age-appropriate story form. Kโ5 teachers and homeschoolers can run the series as a five-year curriculum, or pick the tier that matches the class.
What is the Sovereign Series?
A line of five pet-led picture books, one for each reading tier from PAWS through CHRONICLES, built around five sovereign-life truths: know the code, memory is the ledger, consensus is the law, authority must be verified, work sustains power. Chaco, Roxie, Moose, Prince MoRee, and Armando step into Kipling's jungle and live each truth as story. Real freedom comes from rules that don't bend, not from rules that anyone can break.
Who are the five pets in the Sovereign Series?
Chaco, an Australian Shepherd who sees the shape of every protocol. Roxie, a Rottweiler-Shepherd mix who anchors Council Rock and never loses her place. Moose, a Lab-Husky who follows the wrong parade first and the right one second. Prince MoRee, a brown tabby cat who learns the words that open every territory. Armando, a black-and-white longhair cat who remembers the Old Jungle and closes every book with a warm word. They are real pets. Photographs of all five appear at the back of every book.
Can our child's name, or our own pet, appear in the book?
Yes. Your child's name can be set into the story. With a little more setup, your own pet can join the five on the page. The Personalization Engine is in development, and founding-list members hear first when it opens. The story is already warm. Personalization is the part that makes it unmistakably theirs.
Why Jungle Book?
Kipling's jungle already runs on a Law. The Master Words, Council Rock, the difference between the pack's agreement and the Tiger's roar, the Red Flower that must be fed. These are sovereignty ideas in story form, written more than a century ago and still public domain. The pets do not retell Kipling. They step into his jungle and find that the truths already live there.
What ages is the Sovereign Series for?
Ages 3 through 12, across five tiers. PAWS (The Secret Hello) is for ages 3โ4. TAILS (The Monkey's Parade) is for ages 4โ6. TALES (The Council's Choice) is for ages 5โ8. QUESTS (The Tiger's Fake Law) is for ages 6โ9. CHRONICLES (The Keeper of the Red Flower) is for ages 8โ12. The same five pets carry the child the whole way.
Are the Sovereign books political?
No. The books teach the shape of governance: how rules hold together, how a group decides, how authority gets checked, how power is sustained by work. There are no parties, no slogans, no ideological vocabulary in the manuscripts. The pets live the truths. The reader names them however their household names things. A child of any household can read these books and find them warm and true.
When does the Sovereign Series open?
The series is in development. All five manuscripts are drafted. Founding-list members hear first when the books open for order. There is no published date to promise yet. There is a list to join, and a quiet promise to write to you when the pets are ready.
