Made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we will replace it, free.
Every Talking With Pets card, bookmark, and personalized keepsake is made to order, for your pet and your message. Because each one is personal, we cannot take it back and sell it to someone else, so personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of preference.
That is exactly why we show you a live proof before you buy. You see your actual design, with your pet, your quote, and your own words in place, and you can change anything before it prints. Take your time with the proof; it is the real thing.
We stand behind the print quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement. A quick photo of the problem speeds things up, and you never need to mail anything back.
One honest note: your printed piece will match the proof you approved. If the proof looked right and the print matches it, that is not a defect. If the print does not match your proof, that is on us, and we will replace it.
